Uzbekistan visa from Pakistan

Foreigners need a visa to enter Uzbekistan. There are 17 visa-free countries, which means everyone applying for a visa follows a different process. While all citizens can apply for an Uzbekistan visa from Pakistan, Pakistanis cannot. But it's not. Unfortunately, Pakistan is not one of the countries that accept e-visas to Uzbekistan.
