Online Physiotherapy for Shoulder Pain Treatment
Over the years, heavy weightlifting in the gym led to chronic shoulder pain for Prabhjot (name changed). It began as mild pain in his right shoulder, causing stiffness while he worked on his laptop. Eventually, he also noticed pain in his left shoulder. However, due to his busy work schedule, he couldn’t make time for physiotherapy. Gradually, the pain increased and spread to his back, causing further stiffness.
During the lockdown period, while working from home, Prabhjot took the opportunity to focus on his health. He started online physiotherapy sessions from home to address his shoulder pain and experienced a quick recovery.
